This policy explains how AKAR MKT, part of AKAR GROUP, handles information collected through this website. To ask a question or to request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.”

What you provide

When you request a strategy call, we collect your name, business name, business email, city/state and business goal. Website, phone and message are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information or passwords.

How we use it

We use these details to review your inquiry, contact you about a strategy call and respond about the services you asked about. Our team receives an internal notification when a request arrives so we can reply quickly. A contact request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Visit statistics

To understand how the website is used, we record a visit session when a page opens in a browser: date and time, page and language, the referring website (without its query string), campaign tags in the link (UTM), device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and an approximate location (city, region and country) provided by our hosting network. We do not store your IP address. A first-party cookie named akar_sid groups the pages of one visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

Service providers

The website, its database and the security check run on Cloudflare (hosting, database and Turnstile). Our team receives a short visit summary without personal identifiers through a push notification service (ntfy), and the details of each contact request through WhatsApp, so we can respond. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Security

Field validation, single-use request verification, Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits help protect the form. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used for abuse prevention and expire within 24 hours. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires a longer period. Visit sessions are kept for up to 13 months. Notification records are deleted after 30 days and security records expire within 24 hours.

Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion through the contact form by choosing “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm your identity before acting. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the website keeps working without them.

When our practices change, we update this page and the date above.
